What’s a realistic daily miles goal when kayaking?

Usually you will travel about 7 or 12 miles a day. But that depends on the type of water you are navigating, weather conditions, and how you are feeling. Remember, if you are feeling extremely fatigued, or sore you should probably slow down and limit the miles that day.
