The Tsunami Rangers

Tsunami Ranger officers conduct this course in Half Moon Bay or other beautiful coastal locations for experienced kayakers. The course includes rescuing, surfzone skills, paddling in heavy seas, negotiating rock gardens, and exploring sea caves.

Safety, signals, scouting, teamwork, and initiative are always an emphasis in this one day intensive workshop.

Begin on January 25, 2005 the University will be holding Spring Kayak Workshops. Tuesday Workshops are from Jan. 25 - April 19, except for 3/8. Thusday Workshops are from March 17 - April 14.
