What kind of wildlife will I see on a kayaking trip?

That depends on where you are going. The pace of kayaking makes seeing the local wildlife on of the most enjoyable aspects of kayaking. If you are kayaking in the open sea you will encounter various fish, whales, sea birds, and depending on where you go, sea lions, dolphins, elephant seals, among others. River kayaking you will encounter fish as well as, land creatures, such as, bears, mountain lions, perhaps even cougars. Most likely you will see squirrels, woodpeckers, and other small forest creatures.

Wherever you go, each experience is different and worth it!
